Questions about analytics and reporting
Our Google Analytics is a mess. Is that normal?
Very. Plenty of GA4 set-ups record visits and little else. The fix is usually tracking the actions that matter, not starting again.
Will I be able to read the reports myself?
That's the point. One screen, readable in a minute, and a monthly note on what happened and what to do.
Do you need access to my website?
Yes, or to whoever runs it, to add or fix the tracking code. If a developer is needed, we brief them.
Is there an ongoing cost?
Only if you want monthly reports after the first. The set-up is a fixed price.
