The AI Visibility Report: terms and refunds

The paid AI Visibility Report isn't on sale, and nothing on this site sells it. The free AI Visibility Report has its own terms. If we offer the paid report in future, these are the terms it will be sold on.

The paid report will cost £79, and the price will be shown before you pay. Stripe will take the payment, and we never see your card details.

The report is digital content made for you as soon as you pay. Before paying, you tick a box agreeing that it is supplied straight away, and that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once it has been delivered. Without that tick, no payment is taken. The confirmation email repeats what you agreed to.

The report is generated automatically using AI and is not reviewed by a person.

If we can't make your report, we refund you in full. In plain terms: if your report hasn't reached your inbox within 24 hours of your payment, for any reason, we refund the full price you paid to the card you paid with, automatically, and email you to say so. You don't need to ask. That covers our system failing to make it, an assistant we ask erroring or not answering, a report we've held back to check, a provider we use running out of credit, our pausing sales after you paid, and an email that won't send. Banks usually show a refund within 5 to 10 working days. Once your report has been delivered, it is digital content supplied immediately with your agreement, so the 14-day right to cancel no longer applies.

Your rights under consumer law if the report is faulty, or isn't as described, are not affected.

Your report link lasts 120 days, and you can have a fresh one sent at any time. Each report includes one free re-run for the same business, between day 90 and day 120 after it was made.

The £2,500 AI audit is a separate piece of work, agreed with you in writing after a conversation, never bought through this page.
